A midnight experiment success, the Gula Melaka-Coconut is baked with Gula Melaka (palm sugar) and heaps of shredded coconut for a lovely local flavour.

Shelf Life: 8 weeks in an unopened packet.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, gula melaka (palm sugar), eggs, coconut, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).
