How long can your cookies last?
We really don’t think you’d have any leftover cookies, but just in case you do.. our cookies remain fresh for 8 to 10 weeks in our air-tight and resealable pack. Avoid storing in the hands of another human though!
Are your cookie packs recyclable?
Yes! Flip our packs over, read our recycling plea and pop them in the nearest recycling bin available.
Can I choose to self-collect?
Yes! You may select your desired self-collection date upon checkout. Self-collection is only available at our Alexandra flagship store, Tues-Fri 11am-4pm.

Please note that our self-collection dates run alongside our delivery dates. If you are unable to select a specific date, it signifies that the date is full and unable to accommodate any other orders. Kindly flash your order email confirmation upon self-collection.

Rest easy and don’t fret because our cookies are handmade in small batches and delivered fresh.
Do your cookies contain any preservatives?
We believe in using fresh and real ingredients. Our cookies do not contain any preservatives.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, yes and yes! Cookies are great for party & wedding favours, baby showers, corporate gifts, hampers and more. Head to the Customisation Page for more information or email us with your requirements and desired cookie flavours. We promise to churn out some handmade goodness for you. Please note that we require a 2-week lead time for all customised orders.
Can I select a specific delivery timing?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific delivery timings. Our daily delivery window is from 12pm-9pm.
What happens if I am not around during the delivery of my order?
Our delivery drivers will leave your parcel in a safe place (i.e. at gate, riser). In the event that redelivery is required, the standard delivery charge of $7.90 will apply again. Please select the delivery date and time slot that best suits your schedule.
Can I amend my order?
Once payment is processed, all orders are non-refundable and, or amendable. We will not be able to remove any products from existing orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is made for the order, we do not accept any amendments to the order and will not provide any refunds.

What are your shipping methods?
We’ll courier your cookies right to your doorstep, office or hotel for just S$7.90. (Psst, there’s FREE shipping if you order 8 or more 200g packs!)
Can you deliver the cookies to my office/hotel?
Yes! For deliveries to hotels, please indicate your room number as well.
How long will delivery take?
You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date and time slot upon checkout/payment. If you need the cookies any earlier, drop us an email and we’ll work something out for you.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via PayPal. You do not require a PaypPal account.
Can you deliver to multiple locations/recipients?
Yes, we can! Simply place separate orders for each location. However, please note that delivery is chargeable at $6.90 per location*. Alternatively, you may contact us at 8868 8181 for bulk deliveries.
*Two different units in the same estate is considered as two different locations.
